Your Google Profile is your next Google Ranking Signal


Yes ! You heard it right. If you’re looking to help your search engine rankings, you might need a Google Profile which is the backbone of Google+. Google wants to use authorship markup as ranking signal, requires Google Profile. Google announced this back in June saying it is “experimenting ” with using the data to help people find content from authors in search results.
